1. Do you deliver New Zealand-wide, and how long does shipping take?
Yes, nationwide. Orders are picked, packed and sent out within 24 hours. Once it leaves the store, you'll get a tracking link by email.
Auckland and the North Island usually land the next day. South Island standard shipping runs 2 to 3 days, with an overnight option if you'd rather pay for speed. Add a day for rural addresses. NZ Post doesn't operate weekends, so anything ordered on a Saturday or Sunday goes out the following business day. Got a date you need to hit? Order with a few days' margin. The shipping policy page has the full regional breakdown.
2. Can I click and collect instead of having my order delivered?
Yes. Click & Collect runs at all four Auckland stores. No courier involved at all if one of them fits your route.
Pick a store at checkout. We'll email when it's ready; bring that confirmation in with you. For customers near Papakura, Pukekohe, Papatoetoe or Mt Wellington, it's often the faster path. NZ Post's schedule doesn't come into it.
3. Which Infinity Supplements stores can I visit?
Four stores, all in Auckland. Papakura is at 3/69 Great South Road. Pukekohe is 8 Hall Street. Papatoetoe sits at 158 Kolmar Road, and Mt Wellington is 430A Ellerslie Panmure Highway. Hours aren't uniform across them. Mt Wellington stays open the latest on weekdays. Papakura and Papatoetoe tend to close around 6pm. Check the Our Stores page for the current hours at each.
Pukekohe doubles as our head office. The business started there in 2015, run by family and friends. Four stores later, that's still home base.
4. Is there a minimum spend for free shipping?
$80 and shipping is free. Under that, $8 gets added at checkout.
Check your cart total before paying. A protein bar or a recovery tub can tip you over $80 and cancel out that $8 fee.
5. Do you deliver to PO boxes or rural addresses?
Not PO boxes, no. If that's genuinely the only address on hand, use your local post office's street address. NZ Post will hold the parcel there.
Rural addresses work fine. Just add a business day to your region's usual timeframe. A workplace or town address will typically beat a rural delivery point for speed.
6. What happens if my order is late or doesn't arrive?
Our shipping policy gives estimates, not guarantees. If a date matters, order early. Tracking showing your parcel is overdue? Ring NZ Post with the tracking number from your confirmation email. They'll chase it up from their end.
Worth knowing: if you've got an Authority to Leave set with NZ Post, and the parcel disappears after being left unattended, that's outside what either of us can be responsible for. Check your address and any leave instructions carefully before paying.
7. Can I return something if I've changed my mind?
Yes, within 10 days of your invoice date. It needs to be unopened, in the original packaging. Broken the seal on a food product? That rules out a return.
Contact us through our contact page first to arrange it. Items that arrive without an arranged return can't be processed. Once your parcel's at our warehouse, allow 4 to 5 working days.
8. What do I do if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Get in touch within 30 days. Send a photo, describe the issue briefly. Keep hold of the item in the meantime. The manufacturer usually wants the faulty product back before a refund or replacement goes ahead.
Wrong product sent entirely? Don't open it. Once it's opened, we can't take it back, even if the exchange hasn't gone through yet. A quick check against your order confirmation as soon as it lands will catch this early.
9. Are clearance or sale items returnable?
No. Clearance is final sale. Check flavour, size and expiry before it goes in your cart.
Everything else gets our normal 10-day change-of-mind window, unopened, as set out in the refund policy. A clearance-priced item follows the same no-returns rule. Price doesn't change that.
10. What payment methods can I use, and is Buy Now Pay Later available?
Credit card via the Windcave gateway, or direct bank transfer. Everything's in New Zealand dollars.
Prefer to pay it off gradually? Afterpay and Zip are both there at checkout. Take the order home now, spread the cost later. Nothing needs setting up beforehand, just pick it on the payment screen.
11. What supplement categories and brands do you carry?
More than 500 products, spread across protein, pre-workout, creatine, recovery, weight loss, vitamins, energy drinks, protein bars, greens, collagen, endurance and testosterone support. On the brand side, you'll spot Optimum Nutrition, Switch Nutrition, Rule 1, EHP Labs, Zombie Labs, Faction Labs and Premium Nutrition among others, alongside a wider mix of NZ and international names. The Shop by Brands page has the full lineup.
Protein splits further into whey, isolate, vegan, mass gainer, extended-release, dairy-free and gluten-free. Your goals and diet matter more here than the category itself.
12. I'm new to supplements. What should I start with?
Most people starting out land on the same three: a whey or plant protein for daily targets, creatine for training, and a multivitamin or fish oil to cover the gaps. Nothing complicated there. Staff at any of the four stores can walk you through serving sizes and flavours in person.
Labels vary a bit between products though, so check the specific one you're using rather than assuming. And if you're pregnant, on medication, or managing a health condition, talk to a healthcare professional before starting anything new. Just a sensible starting point, not medical advice.
13. Do you ship internationally, and will I owe customs charges?
We do ship overseas. Customs duties and local taxes on arrival land on the customer, not us. Check with your own country's customs agency beforehand. Unpaid charges won't be refunded on our end.
Domestic NZ orders don't carry any of this risk. Our listed prices already include GST, so what you see at checkout is the final number.
14. How do I track my order once it's dispatched?
The moment your order leaves the store, a tracking link lands in your inbox, through whichever of our two courier partners is handling that delivery. There's a contact number for your local courier office in that same email.
For NZ Post specifically, track directly at nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking. You can switch the delivery method there too, handy if you won't be home. Have your tracking number ready before calling; that's the first thing any courier will want.
15. How can I get in touch with the team?
For order issues, returns and general questions, email is your best bet; usually a reply comes back within 24 hours. Something store-specific, like checking stock before you drive over? Ring that store directly instead; it's quicker.
Damaged or faulty item to report? Send the order number and a photo straight away. We'll need both regardless, so getting them in early saves a round trip.
